Additionally, we have access to Dynomax's other product lines, such as the Slide Reamer and the Regulator. Both are solutions which Hawkeye has used in multiple scenarios over the years to deliver exceptional quality and value to our customers.

The Dynomax Slide Reamer is a unique reamer and hole conditioning tool that functions anytime the drill string is moving; sliding, rotating or vertical and horizontal movement of the pipe. In addition to reaming and conditioning the well-bore, the Slide Reamer also greatly reduces torque and drag while drilling. In many cases we see a 20-25% reduction!

The Dynomax Regulator allows us to over pump the BHA. When customers require additional fluid volume for hole cleaning, either while drilling or on a cleanup cycle, the Regulator is second to none. ** Example:** A typical 5.00 power-section is rated to 300gpm max. With the Regulator on top of our BHA set 285gpm, you can pump nearly 600gpm down-hole and the Regulator will bypass the additional fluid, above 285gpm, to the annulus above our BHA. Thereby protecting the motor and MWD equipment from the added gpm.

Gordon Technologies is a MWD technology company with some very impressive tools. Along with MWD kits, they also offer a unique and reliable tool called the ShockMiser.

The ShockMiser is a shock and vibration mitigating UBHO sub that does an excellent job of protecting down-hole MWD equipment and, in many cases, has proven to lengthen the life and reliability of MWD tools. In addition, we have seen the ShockMiser continue to operate flawlessly while large amounts of LCM are present or being pumped in pills or sweeps.

Hawkeye Directional has access to the ShockMiser and often uses this tool when drilling conditions warrant. Gordon Technologies and Terry Frith, president, have offered invaluable help and troubleshooting advice over the years.

SureShop is software specifically designed to handle service, inventory, job tracking, BHA information and history of downhole tools. Unlike most service and manufacturing, downhole tools present unique challenges that can only be solved by tracking individual parts, not just tools. Every time a tool goes downhole it is brought back to a shop, disassembled, inspected and rebuilt. With one small caveat, the parts that made up the tool on the last run, might not be all the same parts in that tool on the next run. Instead, some or all of those parts may be sent out for repair or get put into other tool builds.

SureShop creates a highly efficient, paperless, shop process. Service technicians input data into mobile tablets, real-time. Additionally, SureShop stores all of the manufacture's service guidelines and lets shop personnel know when something is out of spec. This greatly reduces the possibility of errors. Management can track all of the parts and tool service digitally as the process happens. This gives shop mangers and customers unprecedented access to data and information about each tool.
